Support groups are invaluable on your adoption journey.  In the UK there are support groups for adopting from China, Russia and Guatemala.  Make contact at the beginning of your adoption and you will meet others who have adopted and those in the process of adopting.  Emotional support, advice, tips, recommendations, information are all available.
